The base here has “invisible” rubber feet. You are welcome to ask for a lighter or darker stain on the wood. Each commision includes 10 text based edits and an engraving that you see when you lift the globe from its base.
The globe sits on 3 semi-hidden ball bearings enabling it to spin 360 degrees in a fluid motion by hand.
Hand drawn and hand painted illustrations like the ones seen on this globe are by request – anything you dream up can be added land or sea.
