Slovenia-born Berlin-based photographer Ana Santl picked up her father’s old film camera at the age of 11 and started taking photos of her friends and everyday surroundings. Her passion for preserving her way of looking at things in form of a photograph kept growing until she decided to slowly turn it into a profession.
After completing her photography and multimedia-art education at HTBLVA Ortwein in Graz, Austria, she moved to Berlin, where she currently lives and works as a freelance photographer. Her main focus is on portrait and documentary while she adores great light and genuine emotions in both her commissioned and personal work. Photos by Ana Santl : iamnotana.com
